I just thought I'd stop in and let you all know how the Arizona Blogger's Luncheon went. It was held last Saturday, April 9th, and it was so much fun. I have to do this in two parts because there are so many pictures, and so much happened over the more than 5 hour event. The following, lovely ladies, were in attendance:
Karen Valentine and her shadowbox of "http://mydesertcottage.blogspot.com"
Sharleen Snow and her shadowbox (blog under construction)
Dawn Binyon and her shadowbox of "http://alteredartists.blogspot.com"
Laura Ingalls Gunn and her shadowbox of "http://decortoadore.blogspot.com"
Very hard to get a good shot of her (in green sweater) as she was constantly in motion!
Gail Friend and her shadowbox of "http://cupcakesandcutestuff.blogspot.com"
Melissa Waterbury and her shadowbox of "http://distresseddainties.blogspot.com" also the manager of "Scrapbook Barn."
Joanne Livingston and her shadowbox of "http://desertmountainbear.blogspot.com"
Jenny Kuller of "http://redheadsadies.blogspot.com"
Jennifer Rothstein of "http://dog-ma-jen.blogspot.com"
Wendy Landis of "http://leakyshedstudio.blogspot.com" (see group picture)
My youngest daughter Abby (who took the pictures) and for a brief visit my oldest daughter Caitlin helped with setting up refreshments. (no images)
And ME in the center image with a yellow headband!
And here's a group shot showcasing our lovely handiwork.

I'll post more piccy's in the next couple of days with more about the ladies in action and the lovely luncheon part of the event. There was also a small "round robinish" giveaway where everyone received a gift, and the consensus was that it was a successful event and lot's of fun. I think I had the most fun, as I got to do one of my most favorite actions in the world........I got to give a lot of goodies away! I absolutely adore giving, and before everyone left, I made sure they had a bag in which they could load up on anything they wanted off of the goodie table. They were a very modest group of ladies and didn't take nearly as much as I'd hoped, because now I have all this stuff left over........oh well, I guess another craft day is in order. More later.....
