Howdy Friends,
Yes, it's time for my summer giveaway!!!! Most of you know the rules..........just leave a comment if you are a follower and if you are not yet a follower, just sign up and then leave a comment and you qualify. This contest runs from June 6th (today) until June 20th, 2011 and on the first day of summer (6-21-11) I will announce the winner.
Here's the twist: In the past I have provided vintage images from which to choose the winning sculpture. This time.............I'M NOT! You, the winner, will supply ME with an image, and I don't care whether it's vintage, new, whatever. The only requirements/limits are as follows:
I reserve the right to deny any image supplied depending on level of difficulty and or subject (i.e. I will not do nudes or inappropriate subjects). Now I don't want this to sound like bragging, but I can pretty much copy anything, especially things considered too delicate or difficult. Here's an example of a custom piece I've done in the past.

So as you can see I can alter images to make them more personal. I will only do a singular figure, and it will average up to 12" tall.

This sounds like fun. I have a little adorable bluebird figurine I just picked up a couple weeks ago. I love it so much. You will see why when you see it. It is actually two birds though, so just in case that one can't be entered I also have a single bird bluebird I can enter, I'll take pics and send them to you, or post them, or whatever it is I'm supposed to do! I'm excited. And wow, how talented are you? Unbelievable. How do you do it? I dabble in paper mache but nothing compared to what you do! Amazing. So, with this post I am officially entering my first contest in blogland. I'm crossing my fingers!
